Forgot Your Password?

If you or a colleague has forgotten their password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" to reset your password.

  • Click Forgot your Password? from your ExakTime Connect login page.

  • After clicking "Forgot your password?" a prompt will appear to enter the username of the user that will need their email reset.

  • If the username exists in the system, then you should see a confirmation that the instructions have been sent.
    DO NOT close this message/window to ensure a successful password reset. An email should be sent shortly to update the password.
    • If the email is not received in the email Inbox, it may have gone to the Spam box.
    • If the email cannot be found in your Inbox or Spam box, please contact us via email at support@exaktime.com with additional information such as your company name, the URL of your ExakTime Connect account, the email you are trying to sign in with, etc. so we can help investigate with you.

  • The email to reset your password will look like below. Click Reset Password to open a new tab/window to reset your password.
