View And Edit Time Records On ExakTime Mobile

Viewing Clock In/Out History
To view the History on ExakTime Mobile, you must first be given the permission by an ExakTime Connect administrator.
While viewing Time Clock, press the History tab. You will be able to see all records created on the device from the past two weeks as well as an indicator if the records were sent or not.
Edit Unsent Records
It is not possible to edit records that have already been synced to Connect. To edit unsent records on ExakTime Mobile, you must first be given the permission by an ExakTime Connect administrator.
- While viewing the Time Clock, press the History tab.
- Tap the unsent record to edit.
- If using iOS, press the Edit button. If using Android, tap the three dots in the top right and press Edit.
- Adjust the time record as needed.
- Press Done/Save.
Delete Unsent Records
To delete unsent records on ExakTime Mobile, you must first be given the permission by an ExakTime Connect administrator. You will repeat the steps above and press the Delete button
- While viewing the Time Clock, press the History tab.
- Tap the unsent record to delete.
- If using iOS, press the Edit button and then press Delete Record. If using Android, tap the three dots in the top right and press Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
