Checking for New Licenses
After you have contacted us to increase your employee count or added a module, you may need to check for your new licenses to update your licenses to start adding those new employees or using the new module.
Go to Manage and click on Licensing within ExakTime Connect.
There will be a button that you can click on to check for new licenses, "Check for New Licenses." If your license count is not as expected or the module is not appearing on the licensing page, you can contact us for assistance with the "Ask for Help" link above or use this link. You must be signed in to ExakTime Connect to submit a support request.
