Using the Basic Reports
The Basic reports allow you to generate the overall hours for your employees, locations, or cost codes for the date range specified.
The report is found by going to Reports and selecting the Basic report in the Employee, Cost Code, and Location section.
The report will be generated like any other report by selecting the date range, using any appropriate report specific options, and setting your filters.
The available report specific options are:
- Specify if the ID for the entity should be shown and sort by the name or ID number.
- By default, it will only show overall hours, but this option will allow you to see regular, overtime, and doubletime hours.
- Group up the entities into their respective category and show each category on their own page.
