How Do I Setup, Reset or Look up Someone's PIN Code?

Setting up, resetting, or Looking up an employees ExakTime Mobile PIN code is a very simple process in ExakTime Connect.

  • Go to Manage and click Employees.

  • Click the edit icon How_Do_I_Setup__Reset_or_Look_up_Someone_s_Pin_Code___211829958__Edit_Icon_2.png next to the employee to view their employee details.

  • Scroll down towards the Security Roles section.
    The PIN will be located to the right of the ExakTime Mobile Security Role.
    If you need to change it, simply click in the PIN field and change the number.

  • If you make a change, remember to click Save at the bottom when you are done.
