FAQ: Quarantined Time

Quarantined Time is an area present in Time Card Summary that will contain time entries from your employees that were sent after their time card has been approved or the pay period has been closed.
Viewing Times in Quarantined Time
- Go to Time Cards and click on Time Card Summary.
- Click on Quarantined Time
- Any time that has been quarantined will be shown here.
Retrieving Time from Quarantined Time
Even though the time has not reached your employee's time cards, they can still have a chance to receive their records. The process will depend on what caused the time to be quarantined.
Reopen a Closed Pay Period
- Go to Time Cards and click on Time Card Summary.
- Confirm the pay period that you need to reopen. Click on Reopen Pay Period when ready.
- You will receive a warning to confirm that you want to reopen the pay period and any quarantined time will be placed into the appropriate time card.
Remove Time Card Approval
Remove Approval on My Time Card
If the employee had approved their own time card before the end of their work week, they will need to unapprove their time card.
- Go to Time Cards and click on My Time Card.
- Click on Remove Approval.
Remove Approval on Time Card Summary
- Go to Time Cards then click on Time Card Summary.
- Search for the affected employee. To the right under the approvals column, uncheck the box available to your security role.
Remove Approval on Time Card Detail
- Go to Time Cards then click on Time Card Detail.
- Find the affected employee and click Remove Approval.
